Do you see men and children?

Of the more than 6,000 patients that Dr. Haskell has seen over the last 25 years, about 20% have been men and 20% children under the age of 15 including both boys and girls.

By the name of our Institute it is not our intention to exclude men and children.  We have chosen to focus and to call upon women because it has been our experience that they are the more perceptive when it comes to the truths behind holistic medicine.  They more easily ‘get it’ when we speak about the connection between the heart, mind and body.  They are often the first educators of the children and the family as a whole.  Their skills are called upon for the family’s nutritional needs and if the woman is educated then her example will always have a positive influence upon other family members.

In some ways women are the leaders of the family.  There is a definite lack of the female qualities in our present society which is partly about expanding our borders of influence without caring for our own.  Our present day medical system lacks the concept of Mother Nature, of the body’s ecology, and the mythological concept of Gaia, the primal Greek goddess of the earth.  Until the female wing is strengthened we will continue to fly in circles prolonging the delay of our society reaching the age of enlightenment.

To finally answer this question, yes we do address the health concerns of men and children and they are scheduled in the same way.

You will see under the dropdown title, ‘Questionnaires,’ one for men and one for children. By children we are referring to anyone under the age of 15.  If they are 15 or older they would complete the adult women's and men's questionnaire.
